2024 - 25 School Year Admissions Process
Step 1 – Inquiry Stage
Attend an Open House for 2024-2025 school year:
- 2-4 PM, Saturday, December 9, 2023
- 2-4 PM, Saturday, February 24, 2023
Alternatively, schedule a Private School Tour by calling 909-895-2276, emailing [email protected], or filling out this Request Form.
Step 2 – Application Stage
- Complete the Application Form and submit it with a non-refundable $75 application fee to the school office (in person or by mail)
- At the time of application, we will also schedule the following one or more items with you:
- Parent Interview
- Submission of Educational History and Records Release Form, Prior Report Cards, and other pertinent documents
- Student Classroom Observation
Step 3 – Enrollment Stage
- For all applicants, the Academic Team will conduct assessments to determine appropriate grade-level placement within our academic program.
- Once we are ready to offer enrollment, we will provide you with an Enrollment Contract outlining tuition fees, obligations, and payment plans for the upcoming academic year.
- A one-time $400 registration fee and a non-refundable deposit (10% of annual tuition) per child are due upon signing the Enrollment Contract. At this point, your child will be enrolled for the upcoming academic year.
- During the summer prior to the start of the school year, you will receive the Start Packet. This packet includes Emergency Contact Form, Consent Forms, Family Handbook, and other relevant documents for you to complete and return to the Admissions Office, to be ready for the start of the school year.

* Registration fee for Tzu Chi Elementary School returning families is $200 per student, due at the time of signing contract. This rate also applies to families currently registered at Tzu Chi Great Love Preschools (Walnut and Monrovia) in 2023-2024 school year.

Special Discounts
Sibling Discount: 5% discount on tuition for the 2nd and subsequent child in the same family (no discount for the first child).
Discount for Great Love Preschool Graduates: One-time $300 discount for graduates of Great Love Preschool in May 2024
